Good tutorial but he forgot to mention that if you wanna do something like (var1!=var2) in this case using triple equals this would be (var1!==var2) ^^
-
thanks alot for these vids mate, good work
-
thx! i didn't knew this as a Javascripter lol
-
Now Triple equal sign used only for comparing type of the variables? or the type of the variables & the value of the variables?
In this tutorial, you said for it's used for comparing type of the two variables and you have two different type which is String type & Integer type and this obviously will print Not equal in the screen because the two types are different.

So far 24 tutorials and 10 ads.

No.
You're only 18, you got a whole lifetime ahead of you.
You could be 35 or older and as long as you have the skills you can get a job in PHP development. Or any other language for that matter. And even if you're retired learning anything computer related that can be done online you can earn cash for, by simply freelancing. -
holy blur batman
-
Hey iam 18 and its to late to start learning programming and coding
-
yup you can
-
Don't you use Javascript not Java? Or am i being stupid again?
-
you cannot compare different two data types unless you have the logical operator specifically defined for these two data type.
-
what is the equivelent of this in C++,how do u compare different data types?
-
Great video. I always had confusion between double and triple equal sign operator. But, you explained it really well.
-

You wrote that PHP was used to make websites, basically all languages can be used to everything on a PC.
-
Huh?
1st, why would you comment to a 5 months old comment?
2nd, how am I owned? He's the guy that's owned, lmao. -
question. Why are you asking for donations on the newboston website? I looked up the daily earnings. $150 A DAY. I know the site cost money to run, but come on, you must bank a good 20k+ a year with running costs (not sure what these would come to).

No, you actually said PHP is for websites and Java is for applications. Both languages can be used for both apps and websites.
-
I know you can script games with PHP  who doesn't?
I just said PHP is used to make websites, because it is. I just clearly stated to him what the difference was ROFL. So gtfo dude. -
Um, PHP is also used for scripting games and such.. do a litle research before you talk bro 🙂
-
triple equals '===' compare data types
-
why this video is 360p? while others are 480p…
-
So, first you were serious, then you were being sarcastic, now it's irony?
-
How can you even say that? PHP is for web-based scripting while Java is used for independent programming. They aren't meant for the same thing, you can't compare them. Besides, as a programmer in both Java and PHP, I have yet to find something that would totally teeter my views on which is 'better'.
-
I would use the triple equal to validate a form but I would convert the user input to a number.
-
is === present in JAva?
-
java is for applications and websites like ebay for example (jsp) You can do more things with Java most def! No hatin im lovin both but its fact
-
Try look up "Sarcastic". Maybe you were being sarcastic, but that's now how you express it.
-
Doesn't have to be "Programmers" it can be "Programming" aswell. Lol.
-
Depends on what you're using it for? Lol.
Java is used to make applications.
And PHP is used to make websites-.- Idiot. -
Been wondering about the === for ages. Thanks!
-
(future of PHP "programmers")
-
