Alright now, I know you have to be thinking to yourself, ""how come the default bar and the progress bar both have 16 px height in the css but in the window the progress bar is smaller than the default bar. I mean isn't 16 px uh 16 px?
Well it's a little hard to explain right now; lets get on to the next tutorial and maybe you all will forget about it for now.
