In this tutorial, we’re going to learn how to create a quick and easy motion blur effect in Adobe Premiere Pro.

This motion blur effect requires zero plugins, and uses the existing Transform effect that comes as standard with Premiere Pro.

You can also use this motion blur effect to zoom in and out of your video footage by adjusting the Scale property, in addition to moving your video footage; up, down, left and right by adjusting the Position property, as demonstrated in this video tutorial.
