That is perfectly fine and that skill is very useful in this day. We all have the skills required to do most anything. We just need to take the time to understand and use those skills to empower ourselves πŸ™‚

Ahh… I noticed it is hard for me to keep focus. I cannot read when I am listening. When I start reading, I cannot hear anything. and when pop out at the corner of the presentation, I need to go back replay. I had to keep my eyes closed to stay concentrate.

I can't imagine anything more important in life then surrounding yourself with those people and activities that one loves. Take that from a man that almost died twice πŸ™‚

Thanks, I love Tony Robbins and have watched quite a few of his training videos. I'm happy you found your calling and have been successful in it. I'm not sure what I am the best at but I sure love this. πŸ™‚

Yes you could definitely have more then one motivation. The goal is to do what you love and do best. It is definitely possible to achieve that. I did. I love the Tony Robbins definition of success: to do what you want, when you want, as much as you want, with the people you want. There are very few people that are the best at something. If you even come close to being the best you'll definitely be successful πŸ™‚

Comment on the motivational style… I think it changes for different things. For example if you were to ask me what motivates me to go to work… it's necessity. But if you were to ask me what motivates me to watch these videos, it's because I enjoy it. If I could get paid to learn psychology & NLP, I would love it.

Thank you πŸ™‚ I'm glad you are enjoying the videos. It takes months to learn how to speed read. It is a hard skill to pick up because you have to pretty much teach yourself how to read in a completely different way. I think it took me about 4 months

2 books per day.. speed reading? I tried to speed read but I find myself more concentrated on the speed instead of the content that I'm trying to learn. Any tips on that?

Awesome videos btw, clicked on a recommended and now I've been stuck on your channel for 2 hours once again πŸ™‚

Thank you πŸ™‚ I use Keynote for presentations | screen captures with Camtasia 2 | edit with iMovie. All pretty cheap software. If you don't need to zoom, you can just use Quicktime to record screencasts for free. That is what I used to do

Hi Derek, I can't thank you enough for sharing these videos! I've been cramming all day, very insightful stuff.

Can you tell me what software you make your presentations on? They look radically better than standard PowerPoint's I've been using. Thanks!
