Did your humidifier stop leaking?

i am using latest version of xCode where I have use traits variation option instead of use size. So I disabled that.. Problem is that when I drag UIImageView just the way you are doing. My XCode is not adjusting it to match parent from left, right, top and bottom just the way your xCode is doing (Expanding ImageView all over the view).

Didn't work. Again.

Dude, you rock bro. I've been writing software for 20 years, but I'd put money down that you're a better commercial developer than me, and I'm completely secure with that.
Great explanation of swift, I really needed ur kind of demonstration to appreciate its small print, so thanks for that. This is the language/ide/framework love child I always dreamed would be real one day, I hope I'm not too old to enjoy it.
Very well structured and thought through. You should add a part with strung out hookers with whiskers, drinking pbr next to a burn barrel, just to counter balance all the nerd. It might help your "numbers". Still, very informative and straightforward. I really appreciate it.

Hey Bucky, I just thought you might want to tell your viewers to use the free App Prepo (in App Store) to make the different scale images. Just load the graphic (highest res – 3x) into the Prepo screen, have it set for icon or artwork (everything else) and it automatically generates the 1x and 2x versions to export into your file. Even better for icons, as it gives all the new graphics in points format, pre-labeled with sizes.

Hello can you please tell me how to make my app look the same for all iPhone sizes

Anyone know how to loop through a video in the background of a login screen? In the same way apps like Uber and Spotify have.
-
thanks 🙂
-
It doesn't work for me.
-
How do you make it to be dynamic? I mean, even with different screen sizes it will cover the screen?
-
i didn't find those exemplo files on forum, can some one send me the link?

Unchecking Use Size Classes causes the talking about the constraints of the logo to make less sense.

How does Xcode treat images stored in Images.xcassets differently than images the user may store in a new group/folder they create called say mybgimages.bundle? I'm having a hard time getting my head around assets (and apparently only image assets) be stored in a special folder. It seems resources that are referenced programmatically can be placed inside any bundle

hello bucky. thanks for these great videos. very much appreciate them.
a first problem came up as I'm following your tutorials… for some reason, I'm not seeing the logo. only shows the background. maybe it has to do with the arrangement? cheers mate. -
Ey Buddy!! really cool walkthrough the entire swift environment, really has proved an incredible source of learning.
One quick question: I have the images for my app already developed in the iPhone 6+ resolution, do I need to prepare the 2x and 3x resolutions? reduce the resolutions making this the 3x (thus creating 2x and 1x) or simply leave it this way and let apple tackle the issue?
Thanks a lot buddy!

No constrains on a background image? Even if it's not just one color?
-
New Boston!!! When u were talking about image files like png, are .svg files for images alright?
-
you don't say how to get the orange logo or the blue background really vital information and how do we create one
-
I cannot find the sample images. could someone post a link to them ? thank you
-
I get "No signing identity found" error when trying to run the app, I did all the things like you.
-

I'm loving Xcode, it's really intuitive 🙂
