How to make whole wheat bread that will rise every time.

1. Add the following to a bowl and stir / whisk

a. 1.5 Cups Warm Water
b. 1 TBs Yeast
c. 1/2 tsp Sugar
d. 1 to 2 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten

2. Add the following when the water is foamy

a. 1.25 Cups All Purpose Flour
b. 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
c. .5 tsp Salt

3. Stir till combined and then cover for 1 hour with damp cloth

4. On floured surface knead dough while adding 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats until not sticky

5. Let rise on pan sprayed with cooking spray for 1 hour

6. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and put a pan in the bottom of the oven

7. Add a cup of water to pan in oven

8. Put pan with bread on top rack

10. Bake for 30 minutes
