This is a little off topic but i see you have PyQt4 on your E: drive . I'm having trouble converting a .ui to a .py . It keeps on coming back operable program batch file . like it's not install or something . if you can help me with this that would be awesome.

Hey guys, just wanted to ask is it normal if I run the cmd in a "non-elevated" manner i.e. no admin rights that the default directory is:
C:usersaccount name,whilst if I run the cmd prompt as administrator it starts at:
C:windowssystem32
is this normal?
